Bistro Bombay-style flavoured oil from Epos

The Bombay-style flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a glossy, golden-yellow, oil marinade with finely chopped red bell pepper. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil combines herbs and spices often used in India, such as turmeric, powdered ginger, lovage, cumin, lemongrass, paprika powder, black pepper, parsley and cardamom. With its sweet curry taste and appetising aroma of curry and garlic this herb and spice marinade is perfect for Indian dishes.

Bistro Bombay-style oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of meat, fish and poultry and is ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as Oriental chicken roulades, Bombay kebabs and Bombay roast, tropical veal medallions and Easter medallions with beef steak: marinate them in or with the Bombay oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

In a handy jerry can

The free-flowing Bistro Bombay-style flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
