The noodles and nasi spice blend contains salt, various dried vegetables such as onion, leek and paprika, and a wealth of Indonesian herbs and spices such as turmeric, black pepper, paprika powder, parsley, garlic powder, cumin, white pepper, ginger powder and allspice in one mix. Together they give your dish the warm, spicy and exotic taste and smell that is so characteristic of the Indonesian noodles and fried rice.

For noodles, fried rice and minced meat products

This noodles and nasi spice mix is ideal for seasoning your noodles and nasi dishes. Also use the colorful yellow noodles and nasi spices to flavor minced meat products and other oriental creations, such as spicy meatballs, Belgian meat cakes, liver cocktails and Chinese gourmets. Use 175 to 200 grams of Glorious Bami & Nasi Mix per kilo of uncooked noodles or rice for your spicy bami or nasi dish (recommended dosage). Let the mix soak in 200 ml of boiling water and mix it with the other ingredients. Besides meat and pasta, you don't need to add anything to this complete mix.
