Bistro Porto-style flavoured oil from Epos
The Porto-style flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a glossy, red, oil marinade with speckles of fine-ground black pepper. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil combines a blend of herbs and spices frequently used in the area around the Portuguese city of Porto, such as garlic powder, black pepper, chilli pepper, oregano and rosemary. The ground chilli peppers give this mildly spicy marinade its typical Portuguese Piripiri taste. The marinade has an appetising paprika and pepper aroma.

Bistro Porto-style oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of meat, fish and poultry and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as stuffed beef, chicken or turkey schnitzels, stuffed pork fillets, stuffed veal oysters and beef skewers: marinate them in or with the Porto-style oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The oil is delicious with all kinds of vegetable. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). The free-flowing Bistro Porto-style flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging).
